TEAM APP

SIGNING UP TO TEAM APP

All IWGC squad families are required to be linked to Team App as this is the main source of communication for events and competition information.  To sign up please follow the steps below:

1. Download "Teamapp" on to your phone.

2. Sign up and search for - innerwestgymnastics

3. Click on "Team Selection" and join the squad your gymnast is in (if you are unsure, please contact the office)

ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED UP:

 

You will now have access to all the events and information for your specific squad. If you will be attending any of the events:

  1. You need to RSVP, answering any specific questions  - make sure this is selected prior to entries due, a reminder notification is scheduled a few days prior to the cut off date.

  2. Everyone who has RSVP'd will be entered

  3. You will be sent through an invoice for entry fee - this must be paid prior to the event or your gymnast will not be able to attend

  4. As soon as the session details have been posted they will be aded to  the event in Team App and a notification will be sent through

I CAN'T SIGN UP:

 

If your smartphone is not smart (!) never fear, you can still sign up via the web. Each Team App also exists as a website version, so users can access Team App on the web. This will only send through email notifications so you will just need to be a bit more organised to not miss any important event information :)
